Head of Marketing – Creative Edge Co.
1- Media to Media deals: signing deals with effective media entities (TV, Print, online, ..) and to manage the use of our inventory to help achieving the communication objectives of CE.
2- Partnerships (strategic partners account management): selecting a short list of partners that can help CE platforms (Mix FM KSA, Shoot, Zone, basketball and any other platform that CE will create and/or handle) to help achieving the marketing objectives of CE.
3- Interactivity Business: working hand in hand with the commercial team in each CE platform to increase our interactivity revenues (IVR, SMS, RBT, content download, subscription services, ..).
4- Trade Communication: Developing and maintaining a consistent system for updating the market with our achievements and initiatives (rating, sponsorship for big events…) to make sure that our efforts are highlighted for the agencies and clients.
5- Special Operations / Promotions: in the lights of the yearly calendar agreed on with CEI management, to prepare the needed sales kit of any special operations executed on CE platforms including:
– Trade presentations.
– Clear commercial offering.
– Identifying the relevant client list that matches the operation.
– Roadshow planning.
6- Responsible for the marketing activities (B2C) for all CE brands:
Setting the marketing strategies, budgets and action plans for execution.
Supervising the social media team to achieve their objectives to reach the numbers agreed on as clear KPIs.
Making the sponsorship decisions and on ground activities that help CE brands achieve their marketing objectives.
Responsible for all B2C communications including setting the campaigns objectives, briefs, the message and the budget in the limits of the marketing budget pre identified (aligned with our Marketing/communication agency: Turquoise).
Maintaining the branding assets and material stock that can reflect the image of CE brands.
Managing the relation with the main strategic marketing partners (event organizers, PR companies…).
Conducting frequent competitors analysis that can help the content and the sales teams to achieve their strategic objectives.
Acting as the safeguard of the marketing budget for wise spending.
