One of the leading Islamic banks in Kuwait is looking for a Head of Marketing & Retail Segmentation to join their team.
Title: Head of Marketing & Retail Segmentation
Reporting to: Deputy CEO
Responsible for all marketing strategic direction and execution of all internal and external communication.
Planning budget, media and marketing strategy for the bank.
Responsible for retail segmentation and customer analytics.
Working with advertising agency to deliver brand objectives and be able to brief the agency on campaign strategy.
Creates and executes marketing strategy for major change initiatives with key stakeholders.
Delivering segmented communication programmes to influence target audiences.
15 years' experience of well-rounded marketing/business development.
Experienced in marketing, public relations, CSR, and internal and external communications.
Experience in retail segmentation, customer segmentation and marketing analytics.
Thorough knowledge of marketing principals, branding, service management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
