Head of Sales

1. Prepare the annual sales and commercial plan and assist in the preparation of the strategic planning which provides for the achievement of the key corporate goals on a sustainable basis in the business segment.
2. Translate the annual sales budget, into a detailed regional sales strategy that identifies target customers and current account maintenance and growth strategies.
3. Planning should include specific action plan for individual sales territory, account strategies, resource and technical service requirements and implementation of marketing programs, channels to market to ensure delivery of regional sales budgets.
4. Deliver the agreed regional sales, contribution margins and maintain a healthy account receivable turn over.
5. Ensure proactive monitoring of performance is established against agreed to specific metrics.
6. Implement pricing, terms, and conditions of sales as agreed.
7. Provide transformational leadership to the Sales representatives.
8. Ensure task/ownership is clear to achieve sales, technical service and financial performance in an optimum process fashion.
9. Ensure that compensation/reward systems are directly linked to strategy and will drive organizational performance.
10. Provide monthly 18-month rolling forecast of sales and demand.
11. leading a team of salesmen in several branches that cover the whole territories in KSA.
12. Ensure the follow up with sales team and set up a periodical weekly and monthly pacing for the set budget.
13. Knowledgeable about the customer relations management programs.
14. Ensure sales plans to adapt to the latest market dynamics and regulations, understands the market challenges and ensure expand the market for territory, new product, and new accounts.
