Head of Training Support – Nawah

Direct the assessment, design, development, delivery and evaluation of annual and long training plans, business plans, strategic plans and financial plans. Oversee the development and implementation of corporate training related and CBT department performance reports and performance indicators.
Manage and oversee the development of Capacity Building and Training department strategic, and business plans to meet corporate expectations and department planning needs
Manage and oversee development of the annual and long term training plan to address department, CNO and corporate training needs
Manage the development and implementation of Key performance indicators and program assessments for Capacity Building and Training to monitor training status and identify improvement opportunity
oversee the implementation of process and procedure to establish and maintain training programs
Oversee the planning, scheduling and implementation of department benchmarking and self assessment to improve training effectiveness
Oversee the planning and implementation of the Senior Training Council meetings to ensure they meet procedural requirements
Manage the development, tracking and revision of the Capacity Building financial budget to ensure fiscal accountability.
Oversee the development, processing, submittal and tracking of Capacity Building and Training business cases in accordance with procedural requirements and corporate expectations
Oversee the analysis of CBT financial performance and the development of associated budget related monthly reports to communicate department financial
Manage the effective achievement of organization's objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and department performance
Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in manner which supports the objectives of the corporation and its Emiratization strategy
Contribute to knowledge dissemination/ sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of UAE nationals where applicable and maximize their effective performance
Facilitate communication both internally and externally in order to build and nurture mutually beneficial working relationships
