1.Respond and provide technical assistance/support to the Tickets/Queries related to computer systems, software, hardware and network raised by user in IT ticketing system, either in person, over the phone or email.
2.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve the hardware,software, networks, printers, scanners, phone system problems and replace defective components when necessary.
3.Install and configure computer (laptop and desktop) hardware,software and peripheral devices such as printer, scanner, copier, finger print
machine etc. Install and configure operating system, all necessary licensed software, utilities & plugins. Install and configure email client software on computers /mobiles /tablets.
4.Preventive and breakdown maintenance of computers. Schedule inspection of all computers to check & ensure System and antivirus signatures are updated and only license software are installed, remove unnecessary / unauthorized / pirated software, games, movies etc.
5.Visit branch offices and project sites when required for support.
6.Maintain proper inventory of IT assets and accessories to ensure continuity of computer systems.
