Hotel Operations Manager with Hospitality and F&B Background – Corp Executive Hotel Doha Suites

• Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspect of running Hotel.
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive and serve the guest.
• Conduct regular operations team meeting with all HOD daily/weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, action taken for service recovery and staff issues.
• Inspecting all departments from SOP implementation.
• Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth and efficient operations.
• Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development.
• Monitor and maintain operation and overhead cost
• Ensure SOP implementation in all department.
• Plan ahead and manage all food and beverage orders
• Handle customer complaints
• Ensure that guests are welcome into a clean and presentable environment
