1.Controlling the Camp staff attendance.
2.Coordinating the staff related letters handover and delivery from Employee relations department from and to the employees.
3.Handover the medical insurance cards to the Camp employees along with their employee ID cards.
4.Deliver and handover of the employee’s end of service documentations (letter of service, financial clearance, letter of clearance, Covenant delivery).
5.Follow-up on the staff vacation balances and ensures the staff entertained his/ her annual vacation and return.
6.Updating staff database in the ERP system and their files.
7.Responsible for employees’ Disciplinary Actions, Grievances, Settlement..
8.Coordinating with recruitment section in case of any replacements.
9.Collecting candidates CVs within the Camp and conduct the necessary personal interviews with the provision of evaluation to the recruitment section.
10.Collecting all annual performance appraisals forms and ensures that it fulfills the employees desired distribution Curve.
11.Follow-up on staff training and collection of its related assessments after training sessions.
12.Follow-up on the Camp vehicles, their maintenance, registration renewals and ensures that they are covered by insurance policy.
13.It represents the company before government bodies.
14.Processing all government related procedures, such as residency permit (iqama) renewals, exit-reentry and final exit visas.
15.Collecting all staff related proposals and suggestions from the suggestion boxes and dispatch to the head office.
16.Follow-up on the drivers within the Camp area and supervise the execution of their duties.
17.Coordinate to Recruitment for the arrival of newly hired employee to arrangement transportation from Airport Camp.
