HR Administrator

The HR Administrator will be carrying out transactions relating to HR system administration, staff medical insurance, employment contracts, registration, liaising with various Agencies for new staff on boarding. In addition to providing assistance to the HR department as required.
DUTIES  Maintain historical human resource records by entering and updating the data of employees into HRMS (MenaMe administration and update).  Preparing Employment letters  Provide assistance with the recruitment process  Support in the on boarding of new staff as required  Preparing Staff employment Contracts  Handling medical insurance for staff  Visa reset arrangements  Administrative HR tasks (Preparing reports/ letters/ expense claims..etc)
