• Responsible for office administration tasks and responsibilities.
• Administering and maintaining employee records
• Following up with the activities of the public relations officer.
•First point of contact in absence of HR Manager, answering queries and/or preparing answers under supervision of HR Manager
•Update and maintain records in the personnel information system and run standard and ad hoc queries
•Prepare various kinds of HR related correspondence
•Assist with visa applications, cancellation and transfers
•Maintain and update personnel files
•Maintain leave administration
