1.Participates in building Group total reward structure using the recent professional methodologies to ensure
grading structure and salary scale is supporting business needs.
2. Conducts job evaluation committee using professional methodologies & updates the organization positions in
terms of any changes to identify values & worth for all positions within the organization
3. Cooperates in building strong performance management system covers all technical & competencies aspects to
ensure having fair employee evaluation results & development plans for business needs.
4. Monitoring Annual HR budget for all Al Kifah Group Co. based on current financial situation with providing
support to respective persons to make sure delivering clear view about the plan for next year matching with
5. Monitoring manpower cost with reporting the deviation issues to ensure actual cost matching within approved
6. Providing market studies for new positions that need to be hired to ensure total remunerations are competitive
with the market.
7. Preparing monthly Saudization report for all companies to ensure their Saudization level in green area.
8. Analyzing HR operation procedures based on data collected in order to find the weaknesses & deliver
alternative solutions for improvement.
9. Controlling of approved HR policies & procedures to verify that are committed and implemented with right way in
10.Reviewing job descriptions submitted from all Al Kifah group focusing on job details regarding rules &
responsibilities to ensure it adheres with standard structure & all required information is added.
