HR Employee Relations – Elite Talents for Recruitment

• Keeping up to date knowledge with personnel rules and practices of the company • Ensuring compliance of all employment and labor laws through practices, policies, investigations, and actions • Dealing in the first instance, with all queries relating to maternity, paternity and parental leave. • Maintaining records of personnel-related data (leaves, payroll, personal information, letters, etc.) • Conducting thorough, confidential investigations of complex employee issues • Organizing and updating employee files • Tracking employee progress, noting promotions, recognitions and policy violations and documenting them accordingly • Advising the HR team in dealing with employee relations issues and maintaining good relations • Maintaining and managing confidential personal records • Managing payroll metric tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees • Managing Activities related to MOL (Iqama transfer, Renewal, cancellation) Overseeing the company online systems (MOL, GOSI, COC, SAGIA, etc.)
