·Responsible for human resource activities such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR operations, Training, compensation and benefit.
·Develop, recommend and implement HR policy and practice.
·Establish, direct and lead a specialist organizational Development Services function (Training).
·Assess and review current workforce systems (Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention, Competency Management/Development, Learning Management, Knowledge Management, Performance Management, Rewards & Compensation Planning, Succession & Career Planning).
·Preparing the Manpower planning and recruitment policies & Recruits prospective employees.
