HR Manager – Fridal

1) Participate in the formulation of HR goals, objectives
2) Responsible for the implementation HR goals, objectives and priorities including the preparation of HR plans and budgets for the successful operation of the Human Resources Department.
3) Develop and implement annual HR effectiveness survey.
4) Develop and implement HR KPI’s
5) Develop and monitor HR Dashboard
6) Responsible for the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures for employer-employee relationship of the company
7) Overseeing all recruitment across the company including liaising with clients, development of advertising strategy, participation in manpower planning, interviews and associated preparation of protocols, evaluation tools, references, etc. as required.
8) Approve all initial salary assessments; contribute to the development of salary assessment methodologies and grading of employees and positions across the company.
9) Responds to staff inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
10) Supervise compensation and benefits function to achieve their targets according to the plan
11) Approve all salaries transactions
12) Overseeing all employee relations function Identifies legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures their compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
