HR Payroll Assistant (Local Hire from Kuwait) – ups

• Handling Attendance for both Kuwait and Egypt team.
• Creating and maintaining databases for all projects with all information regarding salaries including allowances, nationality, new salary, new staff etc.
• Maintains company and employee payroll records; updates/enters salary elements, increments and deductions in the HRMS.
• Handling Leaves (sick leave, Emergency Leave, Maternity Leave) for all employees.
• Prepares warning letters, and other general documents as directed.
• Prepares all documentation necessary for revision of contractual terms/ promotion for employees.
• Collecting Annual Appraisals and assist HR management in finalizing Annual increments and Bonuses
• Recording all adjustments and promotions for the financial team.
• Prepares leave payments and indemnity for exiting employees and prepares the End of Service Benefits statements.
