• Handle communication on behalf of HR recruitment with all departments.
• Work with HRM & Line Managers to define recruitment requirements and recruitment plans for job requisitions.
• Provide the right candidate by understanding the manpower requirements of the Division.
• Update, Maintain and operate the application database by gathering potential candidates for prospective positions in the future.
• Source the right candidate by complying and adhering to company policies and procedures in the area of recruitment and selection to meet standards of quality performance.
• Develop and implement recruitment and selection tools to enable the consistent selection of candidates within the business.
• Coordinate of the First Interview process by interacting with the functional heads to recruit the right candidate for the job.
• Comply with the Pre and post Recruitment formalities by following the standard procedures in order to ensure Recruitment is carried out as per Integration's policies and procedures.
