HR Services Officer – Commercial Bank of Dubai
Provide effective HR services to the business by acting as the key point of contact for all general HR enquiries through the HR services contact number and email. Acts as the welcome point of contact for the HR team, directing all internal customers, employees and external visitors and hence servicing our business effectively.
1. Provides high quality and timely customer service ensuring all requests are fully understood
2. Provides general information to target audience on policies and procedures and answers questions based on FAQs via email and phone
3. Directs complex queries to relevant HR colleagues in a timely manner
4. Works within the SLA and keeps the internal customer informed of expected completion date including when the item is escalated for action
5. Provides feedback to Specialist units to enhance policies and procedures and overall quality of HR services
6. Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of queries and rasies suggestions to the HR Team on how internal customers needs can be met more effectively and through FAQs and policies
7. Acts as point of call forwards from the HRBPs when they are not available in the office and as the final call forwarding for HR operations conveying any important messages back to the intended recipient of the call
8. Acts as the first point of contact to all internal customers, employees or external visitors directing them to the right place /person across the HR team in a timely manner and in order to reduce wait times.
9. Respond to routine internal customer enquiries and when appropriate report any obvious trends sudden increases in calls/problems highlighting these to relevant points of contact in HR such as the HR business partners or HR specialists for action, maintaining records accordingly.
10. Maintain data on number of queries and types and raise suggestions to the HR team on how internal customers needs can be met more effectively online and through FAQs and policies
11. Take initiative to deliver exemplary customer service to each visitor to HR by providing fast, accurate, efficient responses to their queries
12. Provides any other service required which supports the overall servicing of our internal customers and employee base
13. Monitor and manage daily HR services, taking/initiating appropriate action to ensure continuous achievement of service standards taking personal control where required resolving issues.
14. Drive and facilitate enhances communication among the members of the HR team
