1. Create and update the job description for all positions
2. Create and update the company organization structure.
3. Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by direct manager
4. Prepare the manpower plan and its implementation
5. Prepare the training plan and follow up its implementation and keep training records.
6. Implement & monitor Oracle system
7. Assist in Altijaria HR assignment and tasks.
8. Create and follow up the mid yearly / yearly performance appraisal
