Human Resources Leader (Saudi Nationals Only)

Providing overall leadership and management of human resource planning, policy, and program development. Developing and maintaining a high-performance culture throughout the organization.
Liaise with training team to implement training and development programs for current employees and new hires. Ensure hiring the right caliber on time to meet business needs. Liaise with PRO team.
Developing work plans, assigning work activities and programs, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures.
Monitor department performance against KPIs. Train, develop and mentor direct and indirect reports. Ensure completion of employee surveys, performance appraisal, training plan, succession plans, manpower plan.
Prepare annual and periodic reports, monitor and decrease turn over rate, follow-up on employees administrative affairs (employee Time off, leaves, Employee Onboarding and Separations, GOSI, payroll, data accuracy in HR system etc..)
