- Act as a focal point on all issues relating to Social Security services.
- Execute the HR Operational activities including: payroll sheets, income tax, Social Security sheets, allowances, transfers, deductions processing ….etc.
- Help in all recruitment activities (sourcing, screening CV’s, shortlisting, Interviewing , Selecting)
- On Boarding & Off Boarding.
- Ensure personnel records are complete and accurate and in compliance with HR policy.
- Respond to employee relation inquiries such as issuing official letters, handling employees’ complaints and disputes.
- Manage the relationship with the governmental institutes to ensure the proper reporting and implementation of the laws and regulations.
- Manage and administer the health and life insurance policies and follow up on all employees claims and requirements
- Administer the annual engagement survey to assess the level of employee engagement in the organization.
