Human Resources Specialist – Eagle Hills
  • Act as a focal point on all issues relating to Social Security services.
  • Execute the HR Operational activities including: payroll sheets, income tax, Social Security sheets, allowances, transfers, deductions processing ….etc.
  • Help in all recruitment activities (sourcing, screening CV’s, shortlisting, Interviewing , Selecting)
  • On Boarding & Off Boarding.
  • Ensure personnel records are complete and accurate and in compliance with HR policy.
  • Respond to employee relation inquiries such as issuing official letters, handling employees’ complaints and disputes.
  • Manage the relationship with the governmental institutes to ensure the proper reporting and implementation of the laws and regulations.
  • Manage and administer the health and life insurance policies and follow up on all employees claims and requirements
  • Administer the annual engagement survey to assess the level of employee engagement in the organization.
