- Hands on implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
- Issue / Ticket troubleshooting and end-user support
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL server & Reporting Services
- Prior experience in production support activities such as Incident and Problem tickets, Batch monitoring, Standard Service Requests and Release coordination activities.
- MSCRM product and SDK Knowledge.
- Proficiency in developing efficient client side scripting using JQuery, Plug-In, Work Flows, Custom Business Processes
- Good knowledge in Developing ASP.NET applications, SSRS and SSIS Packages.
- Analyze, Design the solutions for the requirements and transform the same in terms of configuration and a Design Document for Complex Custom extension components.
- Conduct Code & Test Case reviews as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
4-6 years’ experience as a Software Developer
