IT front desk
Receiving (walk-ins), logging and managing all IT related service requests or incidents reported by end users
Welcomes users/ visitors and answering their referring IT inquiries
Follow up with the users to ensure their satisfaction
Resolving simple IT requests
Coordinates and assign tickets to service desk team according to the work load
Qualifications:
Females only
Smart and good looking
0 – 2 years of experience in a customer service position
Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
Excellent command of English language
