IT Helpdesk – Level II – Beyout Investment Group (BIG Holding)

– Provide help desk support and resolve problems for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
– Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
– Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the order and process first-in first-out based on priority.
– Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software.
– Ensure each workstation and offices have a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and any additional specialized equipment.
– Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
– Monitor and configure all printers and Telephony service (Avaya) for the whole group.
– Remote support for locations like Abu Dhabi, Morocco, Qatar, Kallista Avenues, KBH Project sites, KRH Project sites and REH projects sites.
– Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
– Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees.
– Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
– Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
– Attending to purchases of minor hardware items in coordination with the procurement department.
– Conduct daily checklist for meeting rooms and wireless access point in BIG and all subsidiaries.
– Monitor Backup for shared folder and database.
