• Maintain IT communication plans and understand internal IT requirements to successfully communicate such requirements with relevant functions within Company
• Collaborate with IT functions to identify areas that requires raising awareness, and develop communication material and distribute it in order to raise awareness across Company
• Work with project teams to identify communication needs during projects and after deployment.
• Facilitate and drive key HR activities and process within the department such as recruitment, on-boarding and career development programs
• Support in the performance evaluation process through acting as a focal point of reference for any needed support and guidance on applied performance procedures
• Coordinate and guide IT function heads in order to identify needed development requirements and consolidate findings in order to develop exhaustive training programs with collaboration with the HR department
• Maintain a database of all conducted IT Training in order to facilitate analysis related to training ROI and evaluation
• Identify IT workforce risks and report on issues affecting workforce capabilities through different tools and means (i.e. conducting engagement surveys) that aims to enhance overall IT performance and capabilities
• Suggest action and mitigation plans that address identified capabilities issues and follow up on them in order to enhance overall workforce capabilities
