ITIL Service Specialist – Injazat Data Systems

Role Purpose
Ensure that the IT Services are delivered according to defined and measured SLAs within agreed Statement of Work (SoW)
Key Responsibilities
• Operates IT Service Management Processes, such as Incident, Change and Problem Management.
• Assists with organizational transformation efforts as related to ITIL implementation across service design (Capacity & availability) & Configuration Management.
• Leads development and documentation of IT Service Catalog.
• Provides guidance and implements processes and artifacts for Service Transition, Service Design, Continual Service Improvement processes for ISO 2K Audit Compliance.
• Works with stakeholders to communicate ITSM vision and benefits.
• Develops strategies to eliminate gaps in service while improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develops and Monitors Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing process documents/RCA’s.
• Configuration Management – CMDB management & Business Service Mapping.
