Key Account Manager – Brilliant LTD

• Meeting Key Retailer account sales targets, providing status and performance reports to agreed deadlines.
• Managing Key Retailer performance in terms orders, stock, financial balance and
• to ensure their compliance to company standards
• Recommend to management potential opportunity to increase company products availability and visibility
• Periodically review visiting account on regular basis to ensure operational smoothness.
• Monitoring sales targets, business and sales planning to ensure account target achievement.
• Monitoring sales targets and results, business and sales planning and forecasting, sales representatives’ time management.
• Ensuring account compliance with procedures in line with Service Level Agreement.
• Being interface between Key Retailer account and internal departments
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships with Key Retailer
