• Ability to analyse Current processes and suggest practical methods to improve them
• Ability to design new solutions or services that involve operational, systems changes
• Statistical/Analytical skills to go through Data, study trends, KPIs.
• Computer skills to use Data Analysis or Database software (Ms-Access, others) to design, build reports.
• Have interest in researching new technologies, tools to improve operational performance
• Being able to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.
• Knowledge in GIS, Geographical analysis (Plus)
• Adhere with company compliance, HSSE and any related corporate policies
• Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
