Lead Generation Specialist/Manager – Geeks

About the position
As a member of the Lead Generation team, you will drive the growth of Geeks’ business customer base. You are expected to strategically identify target businesses, problem solve creatively, to generate leads and drive conversions. ​
Job Description
Responsibilities
– Develop/measure & Improve research techniques to improve lead generation.
– Develop/measure & Improve scoring criteria to qualify leads to opportunities.
– Develop/measure & Improve cold calling scripts / cold emails.
– Hire prospectors for cold calling after developing a recruitment, qualification and training material.
– Set and measure KPIs for prospectors/cold callers to increase conversion.
– Experience in Sales-force for tracking and measuring metrics.
– Work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to increase outbound leads that works with minimal supervision.
– Generate unique ideas to expedite and grow the expected conversion targets.
