– Preparing and Reviewing the monthly HR reports.
– Making market surveys regarding to the Human resources.
– Ensure that the group is comply with all governmental laws and regulations.
– Preparing and developing the HR policies, procedures, benefits, and compensation systems.
– Creating and updating the organization chart and its substructures.
– Making the job analysis process to create or update job descriptions for current or new titles.
– Making HR interviews for senior, lead, Section head levels and for all blue-collars levels.
– Review the job offers and ensure the workplace and office supplies for the new comer are ready.
– Prepare and apply the orientation plan for the new comers with their new managers.
– Follow up the new comers in the probation period and request their managers to evaluate them at the end of it.
– Discussing and reviewing the annual man power and training needs from each department.
– Review the performance appraisals results biyearly.
– Ensure the implementing of the training plan on time with qualified service providers.
– Preparing and reviewing the salaries and other benefits and compensations.
– Ensuring that all updated data related to each employee has been recorded in his/her file.
– Participate in OD projects and tasks with providing ideas for improvement opportunities.
– Lead HR team to improve their efficiency, technicality, and productivity.
– Lead a cross functions team to develop the business and HR services.
