As a part of the team you will be responsible;
To support the business achieve its objectives through the development of our people with a high quality, cost effective array of learning and development options (insourced/ outsourced / instructor led and web based). The role will involve the analysis, design, development and co-ordination of a high quality people development experience.
What kind of tasks will you have?
• Act as a recognized L&D single point of contact and as a learning partner for assigned business units to manage specific learning projects end to end including; defining the approach, managing stakeholders, identifying the audience, learning objectives, ensure delivery, evaluation and business sponsorship and sign off
• Research & benchmark potential options, internally and externally, determine the appropriate learning solutions and Identify, monitors, and controls the quality of all suppliers/ partners’ deliverables through agreed SLAs
• Deliver/facilitate L&D activities as required
• Work with other L&D specialists and the L&D Manager to plan, schedule learning activity and maintain accurate and up to date training and development reports
• Identify, monitor, and control the quality of all suppliers/ partners’ deliverables through agreed SLAs – continually reviewing the offerings of alternative partners, benchmarking the cost and quality
