Planning & Organizing work processes
Interpret targets and break down into objectives for each shift. Manage the Workshop activities and Routine Maintenance activities for Refrigeration / HVAC for different sites. Manage the repair activities of small utility equipment at sites.
 In-process workflow
Trouble Shoot problems at various sites. Give instructions to team members to ensure effective and efficient action. Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are adequately planned and conducted. Conduct job observations. Ensure Refrigeration Plant efficiencies by effective preventive maintenance. Conduct monthly asset inspections using the asset register. Ensure that all assets (motor vehicles, Refrigeration equipment, HVAC equipment and small utility equipment) are controlled.
 Contractors and Suppliers
Monitoring all Spare Parts suppliers and any ADHOC outsourced work done by contractors related to Workshop, HVAC and Refrigeration and that all contractors follow the site rules with regards to PPE, GMP, HACCP and Safety. Supervision of all labour used in repairs and maintenance of existing equipment. Transport parts to be repaired to contractors and return to be fixed back. Make a local purchase of available parts with cash based on requirement. To source the correct parts from reliable suppliers.
 Quality Management and Housekeeping
Site and Plant hygiene and housekeeping to be maintained. Compliance with HACCP/GMP standards. Ensure that all mechanical and electrical inspections are inspected by approving the Job once conducted.

 Budget and Cost control
Ensure site Technical budget is controlled. Meets targets for Fixed costs (Repairs & Maintenance). Ensures that the Spare parts stock holding is correct and that systems are implemented and available for Technical Purchasing by coordinating with the management team
 People Management
Development and management of people in your team. Ensure all technical employees are trained. Provide clear communication, guidelines and targets to the team. Maintain discipline and compliance with factory rules. Requesting disciplinary action when deemed necessary. Lead by example and use motivational techniques to promote best practice and excellence.
 Perform any other assignments (maintenance functions, duties & responsibilities) as required by the Management.
