Marketing Assistant – NStyle International

This is an important role supporting the marketing director and front line teams to deliver campaigns and monitor activity. You must be well organized with strong time management skills, communication and analytical skills. You will be involved in creating social media calendar for all channels and delivering campaigns, and generating analytics on post campaign reports to the team.


• Coordination with all Store Managers ensuring consistent marketing massages and standards are delivered in all outlets. Conduct store visits to ensure our standards are met.

Build relationship with key departments; operations, trainers, procurement and finance to ensure all Marketing requirements are met to ensure successful campaigns. 

• Be the internal social media expert – identify trends and new social platform offerings to ensure we are a social innovator

• Be a brand champion, representing the brand when holding and attending events

• Coordinating with Marketing Team, creative agencies to implement the brand strategy and ensure brand standards are consistent across all materials

• Manage day-to-day delivery and execution of social media content; as well as direct messages on social media

• Manage all social media initiatives and the social media content calendar for the company

• Experience with Instagram and Facebook Paid Advertisements

• Develop best practices for social media from findings

• Contribute to the development of our integrated marketing campaigns and identify social strategies which help contribute to the campaign objectives

• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Graphic Designer Marketing, PR, Managers) on everything from big idea generation to tactical execution

• Manage direct communication with our database across platforms and report trends on sentiment and community engagement

• Translate insights into ideas to more effectively engage our fans/followers

• Create dashboards, provide monthly metric-driven insights and actively listen to our fans/followers

• Liase with corporate partners; identifying ways to develop partnerships and successful campaigns and increased footfall; resulting in customer retention

• Coordinate events the brand is involved in; ensuring smooth operations

• Ensure all marketing collateral is updated and within brand guidelines

• Conduct Competitive Analysis on key competitors in the market

• Develop Marketing Presentations to properly train staff on upcoming activities / promotions

• Experience with CRM Activities are an asset

• Monitor UAE Events and identify activities that would help gain brand awareness and customer acquisition
