Design and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
Plan and manage advertising and promotion activities for company’s products and services including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Collaborate with management team in developing company’s branding and identity.
Develop and implement marketing plans and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects; sales forecasting & product branding.
Conduct market research, and analysis of current market tends to create effective forecasts and reports.
Develop customer-relation programs to increase and maintain customer relations.
Collaborate in attaining an efficient financial management of the company by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
Manages the operations of the Department, its requirements and staff, ensuring work results and achieving targets.
Motivate and develop highly capable and result-oriented staff through counseling, disciplining and monitoring & appraising work performance.
