Our client is a leading automotive Saudi company with diverse services, having its core business in fuel services and food stores provided to customers through a good number of stations, rest houses and fast service centers. They want to keep on expanding geographically all over the kingdom and commit to the highest domestic and international standards to guarantee customer satisfaction, being the first company to work in its field.
Main Objective:
The Marketing Manager will put Marketing plans, create strategies and promotions to boost the company’s services across all branches.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Participate in the development of management strategies and objectives
– Ensure the implementation of the overall management strategy and action plan
– Ensure the implementation of management policies and procedures
– Manage budgets
– Communicate with other managers in the enterprise development sector when needed
– Develop marketing policies and ensure their compliance with the overall procedures and guidelines of the company and its subsidiaries
– Develop marketing and communication strategies aimed at promoting the company’ services and initiatives
– Develop the annual consolidated marketing plan in coordination with relevant departments and subsidiaries
– Manage the marketing transaction activities at the company and its branches
– Enhance the focus on tourists as main prospective customers and leverage the existing customer base to provide a consistent quality of services
– Develop and oversee the implementation of operational marketing plans, activities and campaigns in order to raise brand awareness that is aligned with the brand strategy and the public relations of the company
– Manage the CRM system and ensure that relevant analysis are performed before and after the marketing campaign
– Identify potential added-value services and products offered to customers based on CRM analyzes, customer needs and purchasing patterns
– Lead communication with agencies to develop ads and promote the company and its branches
– Develop convincing approaches to reach the public, identify local, regional and international media, and build strong working relationships with them
– Review the content of speeches, brochures, advertising campaigns, briefings, press releases, internal bulletins and other external publications, and make recommendations if needed
– Ensure that all marketing materials comply with the company’s brand guidelines
– Oversee campaign activities and promotions, and take action to improve the process, content, and messages to get successful results
– Manage the performance of marketing specialists and customer relationship management, and assume responsibility for their development, as part of plans to review and develop performance
