Marketing Specialist – Ideal Solutions

Job Purpose:
• Building Ideal Solutions’ company marketing strategy aiming for establishing its reputation, readability, trust and good relationships with the community so as to cultivate loyalty and recognition and eventually maximizing ROI and sales income.
• Making Ideal Solutions name, brand, values and business familiar using all available and latest online tools to have a clear focused marketing message that includes accurate information about ISC solutions and services, in order to catch the attention of potential customers or clients and motivate them to contact ISC sales asking for more details, and thus to support our brand.
• Skilfully advertising ISC solutions and services in language that customers find relevant and within the context of ISC corporate brand history to let customers know what are our organizational values as well as the solutions and services so as to grow clients’ current interest and generate new leads.
• Know and analyze ISC competition and set a clear message that tells customers how our business outshines the competition by offering better solutions with increased services.
• Know and analyze ISC customers and clients and offering what they look for and what they expect from a business relationship.
• Develop and implement ISC public relations and digital marketing initiatives in harmony with ISC relevant stakeholders, identifying the actual needs to enhancing Ideal Solutions offerings and expanding Ideal Solutions reach.
• Researches, strategies and proactively gathers media opportunities.
• Proactively builds and fosters relationships with international and local print media.
• Develops, writes and researches internal communications and / or press materials, news releases, Media & Public Relations advisories, pitch letters and press kits.
• Plans and executes all public activities with the Executive General Manager.
• Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
• Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Formalize an annual marketing plan to the Executive General Manager.
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
• Managing the continuous improvement of the company website and intranet.
• Improving the usability, design and content of the company website.
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Responsible for defining and reporting KPI’s for Digital strategies and tactics
• Performs all other duties as assigned
