Key responsibilities include:
Prospect, develop and drive sales plans.
Follow up with key accounts, identify new customers, and organizing appointments and meetings with hospital-based healthcare staff
Evaluate customer needs and market competition while identifying and establishing new business
Create and develop sales strategies to improve market share and profitability for the business.
Provide regular reports to the management team on market / customer / sales movements.
Report market trends of new & existing products in the local market.
Build company's image in the market as reliable partner for all their needs.
demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
maintaining detailed records of all acquired market intelligence data
attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meeting
Maintaining competent sales performance and meet assigned target
Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare environment
Ability to effectively present product features and benefits to promote new product sales to new and prospective clients
Ability to develop and sustain productive work relationships with support groups and clients and internal stakeholders
