National Parts Manager

– To effectively plan, order and sell parts as per management directive.
– Recruit, train and develop staff concerning Parts Department
– To effectively plan yearly, monthly and weekly objectives for PARTS DEPT for all segments like Parts Revenue/ Profitability/ Inventory value/ Order control/ Manpower productivity/ MOS/ Fill-Rate and execute same in order to achieve corporate goals
– To effectively coordinate with Finance and Accounts and ensure supplier payments are processed effectively
– To ensure Parts Inventory is in line with Systems and maintain discrepancy at industry standards
– To periodically source new business as per available opportunities in line with management directive
– To plan and effectively implement parts network and development within STATE OF QATAR
– To be part of sales and service cross functional team and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
– To draft all reports to principles and ensure adherence to their yearly KPIs thereby ensuring a cordial relationship
– To effectively ensure performance of all staff concerned and plan their monthly incentives/ career progression, etc
– To implement strategic parts pricing in order to achieve maximum parts profitability thru effective product mix
– To ensure dead/ slow moving stock are as per industry standards and submit periodic proposal to top management for scrapping
– To coordinate and support all internal and external audit activities
