National Sales Supervisor

– Coaches the field force, in order to ensure that they perform and provide a consistent service to customers and meeting their sales targets.

Motivates the field force by creating a healthy working environment & to prepare and submit the reports assessing their performance and identifying areas of improvement and its development.

Supervises the activities and work of subordinates (ex. Weekly or Monthly plans ) to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient and compliant manner.

Provides assistance to the field force whenever this is required and handle problems they are not solely capable to solve.

Implements approved departmental policies and procedures and ensures adherence to the processes and guidelines implemented so that work is carried out in a controlled manner and take needed corrective measures.

Communicates with the internal marketing team on a regular basis to arrange for product knowledge training and other activities pertaining to the execution of the marketing plan to meet annual sales targets.

Provides data on company products and performance against those of competitors so that the company is aware of market trends and can offer products that are competitive in the market.

Helps in screening and/or interviewing new potential candidates and orientation of new hires.
