Office Admin – Baheya Hospital

Main Job Purpose
Coordinate Executive office’s administrative activities to ensure providing the adequate support in order to operate efficiently without any delays.
Accountabilities
1. Manage the agendas, travel arrangements, appointments for both Chairman and CEO to ensure efficiency of their work schedule.
2. Manage Executive office’s phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
3. Attend meetings of executive office to prepare necessary papers, take and distribute minutes of meeting to the concerned department.
4. Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests intended to executive office to avoid delays in their schedule.
5. Implement an efficient filing system to ensure filing systems are well maintained and updated
