Office Manager – Arabic Speaker – Manpower Middle East

We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager (Arabic Speaker). You will be directly reporting to the COO
Job Purpose:
Support on all office management responsibilities, including booking travel, meeting coordination, preparing minutes of meetings, managing contact database, ordering office supplies, etc.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Answering, screening and transferring inbound phone calls
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department
• Responding to company e-mail and forwarding to the correct team member
• Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system
• Prepare and manage database of all contacts for the company.
• Provide assistance for onboarding of new employees (ordering laptop, arranging desk, supplies and business cards)
• Preparing written responses to routine enquiries
• Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
• Preparing agendas for meetings and schedules
