The office manager assistant is involved in the coordination and implementation of office procedures and system and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff, so she/he should has a good knowledge about all departments duties and employees job description as well.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Follow up the work flow in the different departments.
* Coordinate the communication with other organizations (Clients and suppliers)
* Receive the company communications and handle it even by replying or delegating to other departments.
* Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
* Prioritizing tasks and duties.
