Office Manager – Astoria Middle East FZE

– To work closely with headquarter office in Singapore and handle all Office operations, including Human Resource, Finance and Business Support related matters in UAE.
– To submit and liaise with company’s Public Relations Officer to ensure timely processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to the following: Visit Visa, Employment or Residence Visa, Vehicle Registration, Trade License, Labor Permits, Export License, Economic License, Foreign License, etc.
– To manage Astoria’s Free Zone Online Portal on a regular basis.
– To provide business support to Sales Team, including vendor registration, assist with sales admin functions.
– Supporting and executing administrative processes in the office, ensuring smooth daily operation.
– To provide support in other administrative duties and ad hoc company errands when required.
