Operations Marketing Manager
Work closely with the HOD and the Marketing Manager in executing the marketing plans, programs and activations onsite and offsite while safeguarding the brand proposition to meet the department objectives in line with the overall marketing strategy. To handle the trade part of the business with the travel agents externally and with the company’s partners internally. To handle the brand’s line of merchandise along with the its flag ship store(s)

– To integrate work ethic to reflect Global Village Values ( Safety, Integrity, Innovation, Guest Orientation, Commitment, Excellence)
– Ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
– Work proactively with the HOD and the Marketing Manager in executing all marketing activities in line with the approved plans, policies, and procedures to ensure timely execution of activities aligned to Global Village strategic marketing objectives.
– Actively contribute to the development of communication plans, briefs for events, draft of contents for press releases, speeches, press interviews, press conferences for the company and its sub-brands and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
To be the main contact with Global Village’s partners/investors in regards to activities, approvals, communication and ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
– Prepare reports and presentations on marketing initiatives to provide management with reliable information for review and decision-making. Ensure correct formats are maintained in Keynote/ PowerPoint presentations, word documents and PDF’s.
– Lead the growth of tourism market through managing, along with the Tour Operator Sales Manager, the travel agencies and the tour operators, and suggest solutions to increase the footfall of that market as per the set KPIs.
– Identify and participate in trade exhibitions, conferences and road shows to promote cluster objectives, create maximum awareness and exposure for business growth.
– Prepare an annual calendar of events and activations on-site and off-site to achieve the set KPIs and increase the unique number of visitors to the park in line with the marketing strategy set by the HOD and the Marketing Manager.
– Plan and execute Global Village’s raffle draw every season from start to finish, and ensure that it is flowing smoothly to achieve the KPIs set by the HOD and the Marketing Manager.
– Ensure that all on-ground events have pre-planned signage in order to maximize GV branding. This will include end-to-end ownership and delivery of all event related collaterals in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Executive.
– To support marketing manager in outreach programme along with the Events Executive and ensure achieving a wide and diverse reach among schools as well as select universities across all seven Emirates.
– To plan and execute all promotions and activities within Global Village
– Execute CSR activities set by the HOD and the Marketing Manager in collaboration with the relevant team members.
– Manage and set plans along with the Marketing Manager for the flag ship store of Global Village "Globo Centre" by sourcing the staff, providing regular briefings, creating process, sourcing and restocking merchandise. In addition to planning the growth of the merchandise line beyond the shop and beyond the park itself in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Executive.
– Ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures and practices to fulfill the business objectives.
