Organization Development Section Manager

 Contribute to the development of organizational development and performance management policies and procedures ensuring alignment with the overall HR policies and procedures.
 Update and maintain high-level and detailed organization structures for THE COMPANY ensuring that any changes reflect accurately in a timely manner.
 Update and maintain job titles in line with the established organization structure and titling structure.
 Assign new hires to appropriate titles in line with the established titling structure.
 Conduct awareness and orientation sessions to new employees on THE COMPANY’s organization structure, HR policies and procedures and coordinate with the relevant department for the proper induction process.
 Oversee to the development recruitment program to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings within THE COMPANY.
 Contribute to the development of the annual training plan ensuring that all training requirements reflect accurately as per the set Training plan.
 Initiate the performance management process and conduct awareness sessions to department heads ensuring that appropriate performance management procedures and forms clarification to department heads.
 Monitor the performance management process and ensure that performance appraisals are complete in a timely manner.
 Liaise with appraiser and appraisee in cases of disagreements and provide recommendations for appropriate action.
 Establish, maintain and update performance management files ensuring that files are complete with all employee performance management related documents.
 Supervise the process of obtaining information from employees regarding the impact of general factors that affect morale, motivation, and efficiency and provide recommendations for managerial action
 Contribute to the development of the career paths for the different job families within THE COMPANY and provide awareness to employees about their potential career moves and related requirements.
