Duties& Responsibilities:
– Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products.
– Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
– Prospect, source and develop new business opportunities through consultants, architects,
fit -out and partnership contractors to increase revenue and market share.
– Taking up multi-tasking functions as may be required of you -Searching for new projects in the local market -Assist the QS/Estimation deptt. in pricing.
– Good Knowledge of Contracting companies, Consultants and also Clients (who look forward to having their drafting, Architectural, Structural.
