Partner Success Officer will focus on making the salons more successful on Salony's platform.
To achieve that goal, each Success Partner will think as an owner of the salon would. To give you a framework to start from, you should think in terms of the 5 Ps of marketing. Namely:
What does each of these mean in the context of salons?
What services does a salon offer?
The way to improve their product offering is find out: 1) Service Mix (what services they offer); and 2) Service Quality (how well they perform the service).
We need to get the salon name out there. We can start by partnering with them to create Special Offers and advertise them. For each salon that is willing to have a special offer exclusive to Salony, we are willing to: 1) create a well-designed post with our designers; and 2) Create a sponsored ad on Instagram to attract customers.
Price is an important factor also. We have to find what is the optimum price point at which salons should offer the service. Setting the price too high will drive customers away, but so too will a price set too low. It signals poor quality. Finding the optimal price point is key.
In context of the salon is how well the salon 'looks' to the outside world. This ranges from the pictures on our platform, service names and descriptions, logo. We will stop at nothing to make the salon 'look better' on our app. We could go all the way to helping them design their logo, choose colors, etc.
