Performance Management Consultant – Devoteam

  1. Develop and provide strategic plan, objectives and KPI for all activities and ensure that it is done on time effectively and efficiently as per organizational vision, policy, rules and regulation.
  2. Responsible for the periodic review and update of the short and long term strategic plans aimed at achieving the mission and goals of the organization.
  3. Identify, develop and analyze effective corporate key performance indicators for business development including corporate excellence, stockholders, revenue, employee involvement & effectiveness, corporate productivity, etc.
  4. Managing the design, update & accuracy of key decision making tools; Performance dashboards, Market/competitor analysis, products performance analysis, and market opportunities analysis based on internal and external Business intelligence.
  5. Revising & updating the strategic & operational KPIs.
  6. Applying the best practices in designing and automating performance dashboards.
  7. Monitor actual results/progress through continues assessment of KPI, and report any discrepancies between actual and desired result.
  8. Participate in documenting progress and performance appraisal results to help gather and collect historical data for future performance planning uses.
