A new company in Textile Printing & Fashion Consultancy is established in Kuwait and is looking for an experienced and very energetic Personal Assistant/Customer Service to assist the General Manager & Creative Director in managing the Administration Office work and handling the Customer Service.
Main Job Duties:
- To handle and manage the administration office work and files.
- To handle the customers calls:
- To Book & Follow up meetings for the customers with Creative Director
- To answer customers inquiries.
- To update customers database.
- To address all the needs of the office to be properly running and organized.
- To assist the General Manager & Creative director in some in-house operational & administrational tasks.
