Personal Assistant – Marbella Jewelry

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for all administrative requirements, personal and business calendar
2.Answer calls and handling all queries, requests and correspondences on VIP Company Owner’s behalf
3.Organize and maintain schedules and making appointments, bookings and
reservations
4.Home Staging & Daily Management
5.Oversee and delegate household staff and liaison with partners, vendors, suppliers, external agencies, entities etc.
6.Conduct interviews with potential candidates on VIP Company Owner’s behalf when requested
7.Manage specific projects, carry out research and lead in organizing events.
8.Accompany VIP Company Owner’s and attend events, social or otherwise.
9.Attend meetings when necessary with VIP Company Owner and perform preparations
as needed such as having collateral and materials ready, ensuring the right people are present, taking notes etc.
10.Coordinate visits, travel itinerary etc. and accompany VIP Company Owner
11.Wardrobe and Accessory Coordinating, Packing, Unpacking for Travel and Personal
Shopping.
12.Prepare and organize reports and briefings with regards to specific projects if requested.
13.Devise and maintain home and personal business management systems, including data management and filing.
