Personal Assistant to CEO & Team – Internship – The PR Professionals

The PR Professionals is looking for a young, confident and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO and Team.
The candidate must possess strong written and spoken English skills as well as Arabic skills and be very articulate with their communication.. The candidate is to also have strong organizational skills alongside having a strong hold of MIcrosoft Office.
The overall focus of the position is to assure the needs of the CEO are met. Close attention to detail along with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and flourish in a fast-paced environment is an absolute necessity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
– Taking meeting minutes during meetings
– Filing and maintenance of personnel and office documents
– Answering the phone and recording/distributing messages accordingly to the team and external clients
– Assist with preparing Human Resources and finance related paperwork
– Other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations related to matters with CEO,
– Administrative and Human Resources team
– Needs to have a typing speed of 40 words per minute and above
