Main purpose of job
To support the personnel manager in the provision of a high quality
and professional personnel service by providing administrative
support on training services.
Main responsibilities
1. Maintain up-to-date and accurate training records for all staff.
2. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of training suppliers
and course programmes.
3. Arrange staff attendance on in-house and external training programmes,
including payment of all invoices and expenses.
4. Make all necessary administrative arrangements for the running
of in-house training courses.
